1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Knack World ("https://knackworld.com"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not access or use the platform. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Eligibility

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in suspicious activity.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to: (a) upload, post, or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable; (b) impersonate any person or entity; (c) interfere with or disrupt the platform or its servers; (d) use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the platform without prior written consent; (e) attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data; (f) engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
5. Content & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting the platform. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit and that your content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property or other rights.
6. Purchases & Payments
Certain features or products on the platform may require payment. All payments are processed through our third-party payment providers. Prices are listed in the applicable currency and may be subject to taxes. Refund policies are described in the relevant product listing or our separate Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
7. Creators & Marketplace
Creators who sell products or services on the platform are subject to our separate Creator Agreement. We act as a marketplace facilitator and are not a party to transactions between creators and buyers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any products or services listed by creators.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination.
9. Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the platform is at your sole risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the platform.
